Our department believes in giving back to local businesses. The Facilities Capital Improvement Program’s (FCIP) Local Business Outreach Program (LBOP) ensures that at least 10% of vendor contract dollars goes back to businesses where our schools are in the cities of San Bernardino and Highland. This effort is a collaborative giving opportunity to share resources and it increases awareness about the district’s education programs and the procurement process.
