The Maintenance & Operations Building received an entirely new roof as the old roof – built in 1957 – had far exceeded its life expectancy. The energy-efficient roof modernization ensures that no water penetrates the roofing system, and insulation provides a barrier to heat loss and heat gain, while also introducing a modern colorful exterior for aesthetics.
